VAP ELO BOOST SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between VAP Elo Boost ("Company", "we", "us") and the user ("User", "you", "your") of our boosting, coaching, and account services.

1. SERVICES OVERVIEW

VAP Elo Boost provides League of Legends boosting services, coaching services, and account marketplace services. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the ordering process
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not access your account during the boosting process unless agreed upon with your booster
• Comply with all applicable laws and Riot Games' Terms of Service
• Make timely payments for services rendered

3. SERVICE DELIVERY

For Elo Boosting services:

• We will assign a qualified booster to your order within 15 minutes of confirmation
• Estimated completion times are approximations and may vary based on queue times, win rates, and booster availability
• You will have access to our order tracking system to monitor progress
• We reserve the right to pause the service if you access your account during the boost without prior coordination

For Coaching services:

• Sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed times
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late arrivals will result in a shortened session without refund

For Account Marketplace services:

• Account details will be provided within 24 hours of confirmed payment
• All account information will be delivered via secure channels

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is required in full before services commence. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and various cryptocurrencies. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Refunds are issued in accordance with our refund policy outlined in Section 6.

5. SECURITY MEASURES

We implement strict security protocols to protect your account, including:

• VPN usage to match your region
• Secure, encrypted communication
• Strict privacy policies for all boosters
• Option to play in offline mode

6. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are provided under the following circumstances:

• Service was not delivered as described
• Significant delays beyond reasonable timeframes
• Account issues directly attributable to our service

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion. Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed services.

7. WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES

We guarantee:

• Professional and skilled boosters
• Account security during the boosting process
• Confidentiality of your personal information
• Satisfaction with service quality

If these guarantees are not met, you may be eligible for a refund or service credit.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

VAP Elo Boost is not liable for:

• Account penalties resulting from your violation of Riot Games' Terms of Service
• Loss of in-game items or currency not related to our services
• Service interruptions due to Riot Games' server issues
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the service

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• You violate this Agreement
• Payment is not received or is reversed
• You repeatedly interfere with the boosting process
• We detect fraudulent activity

10. DISPUTES

Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
